I have been trying to reload all the data back to the pc after reinstalling windows. whenever I try to copy a folder larger then 10GB it will copy most of the files but then crash with a BSOD the error info is listed below.

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.4
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 1000007e
BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
BCP2: 0000000300000000
BCP3: FFFFF88002DB28E8
BCP4: FFFFF88002DB2150

All the research I have done leads to a memory error but i have run Memtest already and it has passed.

Ive also done the first few and they all point to the nvlddmkm.sys file at the moment which is an Nvidia driver! Will report back with further ones but if you could fill out the rest of your specs would be most helpful!

Unless my debugger is incorrect, ive looked at about 75% of them and they all say the same Nvidia driver to be the fault. Whats the graphics card and motherboard in the machine? :)

He is of course correct all of these were caused by your video driver. You need to remove all traces of the current driver, then download and install a fresh copy.

Let us know if you need help
