The Intel Rapid Storage driver is problematic, you will need to install this specific version:
  1. Start :orb:
  2. Type: Device Manager
  3. Disc Devices
  4. Remove drivers for each device
  5. Reboot, Windows will configure it's own driver: msachi.sys
  6. Install Intel Rapid Storage driver
Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite

Daemon Tools uses a driver called sptd.sys, which is known to cause BSODs with Windows 7.

Reduce the number of programs at startup, to avoid any driver or program conflicts:

Hello hp87.

The BSOD is caused by Inter RST driver.
Code:

*                                                                             *

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)
A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time (usually 10 minutes).
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000004, The power transition timed out waiting to synchronize with the Pnp
    subsystem.
Arg2: 0000000000000258, Timeout in seconds.
Arg3: fffffa8005501660, The thread currently holding on to the Pnp lock.
Arg4: fffff80000ba2740, nt!TRIAGE_9F_PNP on Win7

Debugging Details:
------------------
The installed driver is an old one, and that particular version is supposed to cause problems.
Code:
fffff880`01035000 fffff880`01189000 iaStor T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: iaStor.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\iaStor.sys
    Image name: iaStor.sys
    Timestamp: Fri Feb 18 21:40:50 2011 (4D5E9A0A)
    CheckSum: 00076066

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Download and install this particular version of Intel Rapid Storage Driver:

Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known BSOD causer. Uninstall Daemon Tools at first. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

  • Double click to open it.
  • Click this button only:
  • 2012-12-13_224441.jpg
  • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.
Trusteer Rapport is also contributing to your BSODs.
Code:

Try to update it from Download Trusteer Rapport | Trusteer

Avast Antivirus is also contributing to your BSODs.
Code:

Description here: Driver Reference Table - aswSnx.SYS

Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Free up the startup.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and the touchpad driver, SynTPEnh.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Let us know the results.

Edit: Ups :o Sorry Harry .... haven't noticed it . hp87 I suggest you follow what x BlueRobot suggested only.
