BSOD on shut down, then usb HIDs don't work.

So one day I undervolted my laptop a bit too low, so it froze, I shut it of manually, turns on, everythings the same except my usb mouse and usb keyboard were not responsive AT ALL (exept the mouse, the power light came on) been going on ever since I got the damned thing(1 year ago), so I shut it off(manual), with no yield, so I restarted it(the decent way, With the pretty red button) got the bsod and HOT DAMN, the HIDs magically work.

Also you need to update the AMD Chipset driver. Get it from http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/raid_windows.aspx#2.
