BSOD on shutdown or reset, error 0x9f.

As per the title I get freezes on reset or shutdown attempts about 95% of the time.

I recently replaced the PSU with a much beefier unit after the original melted so the system is getting plenty of power.

W7 Ultimate x64 (full retail), system is < 2 years old.

Any suggestion are welcome.

Related to RTL2832UBDA.sys USB DVB BDA Drive from REALTEK SEMICONDUCTOR Corp.. Re-install with the newest version available.
