Did the BSODs happen after you replaced the GPU?

All the dumps in the zip i linked to are on the new GPU. I dont have dumps from the old system/gpu anymore.

Seems okay to me. I hate to say this but i think you should replace the motherboard.

I would start by installing a genuine version of Windows 7.

Counterfeit installations such as yours contains heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable.

D'oh. Are there any chances that PSU is at fault even if its sending the right power?

@Golden: I have only the genuine copy of Windows 8 of the modern systems, and im not confortable using it so decided to get this one from a friend of mine, who doesnt have any problems using it.

No, if something was damaged within it it would automaticlly shutdown without any BSODs or anything.
