BSOD PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and ntoskrnl.exe 75c00

Hi all.ive been stumped by this error.fresh install of windows 7.i did windows mem dig everything checked out fine.i included the mini dump files, and a screen shot of cpuz and gpuz.i dont have any blank cd's for memtest86 can i use an usb drive?any help please?!
