Bsod, pfn_list_corrupt

I've encountered numerous BSOD lately, the latest one mentioning "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT". Please see attached files and thank you for your help!

Blamed on tcpip.sys but that usually means a malware app. I would remove and replace Symantec with Microsoft Security Essentials.

*.sys files are a prime target. It's common for malware to be loaded by simply visiting a website. It may not be the fault of the website itself but could be a third party advertiser or link participant. I just got one the other day that was caught by MSE.
