Hi,

Why have you put System specs up for an Asus M5A97 EVO motherboard
which has AMD Quad core CPU.

Speccy shows an ASUS Goldfish3 Motherboard for a Pentium 4 CPU!!,
when your crash dump logs show HP Pavillion? That's 3 different computers!!! :sarc:

Code:
[System Information (Type 1) - Length 27 - Handle 0001h]
  Manufacturer [B][COLOR=black]HP Pavilion 061[/COLOR][/B]
  Product Name PX759AA-ABA a1120n
  Version 0nx1114RE101Gold300

Where did you get your copy of Windows 7 from? As your System Info shows
a MSDN Subscription key in use, which is usually not for resale?

Post back the following info: :ar: Windows Updates and Activation

cheers

Dave

Don't shout...I've got a Hangover!
I knew someone was going to get confused lol. If you read again, I am speaking of my computer here at work that is having all of the issues and that is the HP with Asus GF3. My specs listed and attached to posts below are the specs of my computer at home lol. And yes, I have access to an MSDN account. That's why it says that. Alas, I will have to get back to this thread tomorrow with the information you are asking for, as I am leaving work right now.

Okay that 2 computers not 3 :o Time for bed for me.
Thanks for the feedback, thought I was going MAD! :)

From your logs (HP pavilion :D)

STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

Cause:
This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to
user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.

Your logs report this driver as problematic:

Code:
Driver: [COLOR=red]Rtnic64.sys[/COLOR]
Refers to: Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC driver
Dated: Fri May 30 16:12:23 2008
Update: :ar: Realtek
Or try OEM - HP Pavillion.

Run SFC to check the integrity of all Windows 7 system files:
  • Click on Start > Type in search cmd
Right-click cmd after results are displayed and Run as Administrator
Type SFC /scannow at the prompt
(Note: There is a space between SFC and /scannow)
:ar: SFC Tutorial

   Note
Select option two. If any problems are found, run the scan 3 times and immediately
reboot the computer after each scan.

Also run chkdsk in an elevated command prompt in order to check for file system errors and bad sectors on your HDD:

  • Click on Start>Type in search cmd
  • Right click cmd and Run as Administrator
  • At the command prompt please type: chkdsk /f/r
(There is a space between chkdsk and /f/r)
:ar: Chkdsk Tutorial

Run memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

   Tip
Run these tests overnight, pay particular attention to #3 in tutorial if errors occur
