So I tried installing a windows 7 iso to replace windows 11 on my computer, and it was going great until, before i could even access the installer, on the starting windows screen, windows crashed and put me on the error recovery screen. Since I did this virtually I cannot insert my installation disc, and all 5 other options are not working. It keeps doing this. Please help me. Is my Laptop cooked?

you might want to slow the video for the complicated bits

Thank you, this video has a solution to all the problems I can think of affecting me. I do have a question. How do I install these changes and then transfer then to my Dell? Did they explain/do this in the video or do I need to do something else.

Update: I couldnt get the Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit to work, and I ended up doing a full reset of the computer. I'll be sure the use the video you linked when I go about my second (physical) attempt at this. Thank you for your help!
