BSOD problem

My PC has been crashing while streaming, mostly on xfinity. I believe its in the video card, a software issue?

This started after a failed windows 10 upgrade attempt. My pc would not respond to human interface devices like key board mouse ect. Probably because they should of been unplugged during update. I had same issue reinstalling windows 7 then unplugged all devices and was successful in reinstalling windows 7. Since fresh install BSOD has been a issue.
