BSOD random and error saying "The bugcheck was: 0x00000024"

memtest - no errors
hdd test - no errors

but still getting this error and blue screen:

STOP 0x00000024: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM BSOD Index

Usual causes: Disk corruption, insufficient physical memory, Device driver, Indexing, Resident antivirus, backup, defrag programs, Disk/Drive failing/failure

Problematic software:

Start Menu\Programs\ESET	Public:Start Menu\Programs\ESET	Public
DAEMON Tools Lite	"c:\program files (x86)\daemon tools lite\dtlite.exe" -autorun	Daiva-PC\Daiva	HKU\S-1-5-21-1530937395-1627669387-252134136-1000\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Please uninstall Daemon Tools, its a known cause for BSoDs.
Also uninstall Eset Antivirus, it has contribution to BSoDs to some extent.

After uninstalling the programs above, run the system file checker and let it repair any damaged windows files.

Your bug check indicates hard drive failure.

To make sure your hard drive is good run:

Run the short and long tests with SeaTools:

Also check for an update on your BIOS version.

And Malware bytes
:ar: Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

Run full scan with both.

Your Win 7 is far out-of-date.

Carry out this procedure completely. When you finish, let me know and I have a script for you to run which will show me what you installed and what you did not install and the "not installed" list should show NONE.

UPDATING YOUR WIN 7
1. ASSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE ALL UPDATES
WIN | type WINDOWS UPDATE | ENTER |
Change settings (left-hand column) |
checkmark all four of the boxes | OK button

Approve any dialog boxes presented. Let Windows install any update features.

WIN is the key with the Microsoft flag on top.

2. INSTALL CRITICAL UPDATES
Check for Updates (left-hand column)
Install ALL critical updates.
Restart your computer (even if not prompted)

Repeat this procedure until there are no more critical updates.

DO NOT TRUST the “Windows is up to date” in center of dialog. until you see that TWICE IN A ROW!

3. INSTALL IMPORTANT UPDATES
Use the “critical update” procedure until all important updates are installed.

4. INSTALL OPTIONAL UPDATES
Under Optional updates you will be presented with:
a) Microsoft Bing Desktop which is of questionable value
b) a list of about 34 language updates.

You can hide those updates so that aren't continually notified of those updates.
When you click on 34+ optional updates are available, then you
a) highlight all of the language updates,
b) right-click anywhere in the highlighted list.
c) click on Hide Updates,
d) OK button.
Install ALL other Optional Updates.
Use the “critical update” procedure.

UPDATE GOLDEN RULES
Install ALL, yes, ALL updates.
This is Win 7 and not Vista or XP (eXPired).

UPDATE IS HUNG –TAKING FOREVER
Hung is very doubtful unless you interrupted updates.

CTRL + SHIFT + ESC key combo will pop-up the Task Manager.
Lo and behold, Windows Update is still running!

You hold down the CTRL and SHIFT keys.
While holding them down, tap the ESC key once.

did everything. looks like there is no BSOD anymore after DaemonTools uninistall, or ESET antivirus.
no problems found in HDD. bios updated.

please find attached files in ZIP atchive.

BUT I have another problem in the same time - few updates gets error when trying install them.

let say:
Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800b0100: Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2731847).

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200d: Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2419640).

any ideas how to install these updates? cause now they stuck whole update process. it shows 16 important updates, bus can't install them.

What you can try is take one and only of the failed updates and try to install.
Keep doing this using only one update

strange, cause when I download manualy update from here - Download: Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2393802) - Microsoft Download Center - Confirmation
then it's installs fine. but through windows update it's stucks with error.

ok now it's only 11 updates... but if would be hundreds...

Do you say its because of windows validation problem? .. cause there is written in corner that "this copy of WIndows is not genuine" etc...
