I have not installed anything recently. Core temperatures went from idling at about 40C to 60C just before the BSOD began reappearing.

Is Daemon Tools installed - uninstall it, its a well-established cause of BSOD's.

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\TuneUp Utilities 2011	Public:Start Menu\Programs\TuneUp Utilities 2011	Public
Uninstall this - could also be the cause of the trouble. Tuning software does not improve Windows 7 performance.

I don't have daemon tools installed .
I use the tuning software for other functions and has been on the computer since day 1.

The last time I got this error was because of the GPU drivers. I had to roll back.

If you use other DVD mounting software uninstall then - they use the sptd.sys driver that is a well known cause of BSOD.

Regardless of how long you have had it installed, I strongly recommend yiu uninstall TuneUp Utilities until we have solved the BSOD.
