BSOD at random times while using.

I'm using a Dell XPS9100
Windows 7 home premium 64-bit SP1
Intel COre i7 CPU 930 @ 2.8GHz
4.0GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 5700

I have been getting random BSOD as long as i am using the computer. The BSOD could occur during gaming, streaming online on youtube, or even just scrolling in facebook with itunes on. I have cleaned the com multiple times using cccleaner, malwarebytes, avg and such. The BSOD usually happens like 2 hours after the com is on. Usually the first 2 hours, the com is normal, after that, the BSOD would occur anytime as long as i am using it. I have left my CPU running while i'm not out, the BSOD would not occur. I have tried memtest86 and have passed.

Sometimes, after the BSOD, the cpu would not be able to boot and the power button would start blinking in orange light, 6 short beeps. It would occur when i try to boot it right after the BSOD. I would need the leave the computer for few hours before i could restart it again.
The computer is no longer on warranty and i have called dell but they say that they will need to send technicians to check which would cost a bit. And i am also trying not to reformat the whole computer as i am not sure if it would fix the problem and would be really troublesome with my documents.

Thank you in advance to anyone who could aid me in this situation. This is my first thread and i am not sure this is sufficient. Please do not hesitate to ask if anymore information is required as this is all i can think off for now.

Gordon.

It seems there may be a problem with one your PCIe ports on your motherboard, or the device which is using the port.

Thank you @x BlueRobot,

This is my .NFO file. while saving, it caused my msinfo32 window appear 'not responding' for like 30 seconds. it is from the same cause?

No, I wouldn't say so, and the file appears to be corrupt for some reason

I have just done the furmark test. The com did not enter bsod, however it froze after 53 seconds at the temperature of 70%. With the screen frozen, the CPU starts the repeat of the 6 short beeps again. Does this mean that the problem is hardware?

It is close to 2 years old and the warranty is already over.

U mean the nfo file is corrupted? I will try upload it again when I can start up the computer. Pressing the power button now only results in the 6 beeps.

The problem is hardware-related, and how long did you run the test for?

the test ran for 53 seconds as stated on the testing screen when it froze.

For some reason, whenever i save the .NFO file, it is currupt or incompatible with this version of system information.

I have updated my system specs and exported my system info since the .NFO is corrupted. not sure if this helps.

Remove the side of the case, and then attempt to re-run the test, remove any dust from any the case carefully, it seems to be a overheating issue with the temperatures increasing so fast.

I have removed the side casing and cleared out the dust. I do that everytime I get the bsod to allow the CPU to cool down quicker.

Upload the new BSOD if you have had one :)

I have "Grabbed" a new one with the SF_Diagnostic_Tool. i'm not sure if the freeze earlier while stress testing the graphics card is included as there is no BSOD, only froze on the stress test page and the CPU starts beeping.

The same crash has occurred again, the crash can be caused by driver corruption, however that is in rare circumstances. I think the problem is more of a hardware issue.

Update ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series:
Use the automatic driver detection provided by AMD (link on the page).

Dell BIOS Beeps:

If it's a hardware issue, would i probably need to get a new one? cause graphic cards cant be repaired right? i am using Catalyst Control Center and constantly updating my graphics card. When i use the AMD Driver Autodetech, it pops up stating "You have the latest driver version for your system" and this window pops out.

Is it normal that microsoft security essentials takes more than 6 hours for a full scan? The previous 2 times i scanned froze halfway through the scan cause i was using the computer. Now i have left it on to scan without using it for anything else for more than 5 hours and it has not finished yet.
