Alright so first off, this problem has been occurring for a couple months but only recently it has been happening more than usual. These occur randomly and when I am trying to install the USB drivers. I am able to boot my computer but when the blue screen does happen I have to boot in advanced settings and select 'boot with last known good configuration' and everything is fine until it randomly blue screens again. Ever since yesterday, my USB ports have not been working I tried to fix this myself but I am stumped, I tried reinstalling the USB Host drivers but every time it is about to start installing the drivers my computer blue screens.

Thanks for all the help in advance. <3

Had a scan through your dumps and they are pretty much all blaming a usb3 driver iusb3hub.sys
I would first try uninstalling all usb entries in hardware manager and rebooting machine to let windows install the most appropriate driver it thinks and see how you get on.
If you still encounter errors then try turning of auto driver installation and fetch the drivers manually from Dell

Just in case you do not know Dell often mod drivers specifically for their hardware so if you are not currently using them that may have an effect on your current situation

I had a scan through dell support and heres is the usb 3 driver for your exact model
Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver Driver Details | Dell UK
It may well be the same as the one you are using but its worth a try (its the uk site but the model is the same)
