Hello everyone.

I have a problem - when CPU is maxed for a long time, i get random blue screens or the PC just reboots.

After the PC reboots i get "Windows recovered from a serious error"

I have added the attachments with minidump and sysdata.xml files. I have no idea how to read them and how to identify the problem.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

my config is
Asus p8p67 deluxe
16Gb RAM
64Gb SSD c-300
CrossFired SaphireRadeon hd9970

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.

You can read more on this error and what to try here... Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html

Possible suspects:

Symantec
Many BT drivers

Hello,

thanks for reply.

BT - stands for bluetooth right? I have both symantec and BT.
Will simple uninstall help me to fix this problem if Symantec or BT are real causes of the problem or do I need some special "clean tools"?

Also, other PCs with different hardware have same Symantec (Norton 360 v5) but do not have such problem.

I will check the link and let everyone know what happens.

Thanks
