The problem consistenly shows as your Kaspersky. Uninstall the software, go to the website and use the uninstall tool if avaialbe. Then use the free Microsoft Security Essentials; one of the best for Windows. If not already, use the Windows firewall and the free Malwarebytes for weekly scans.
Start with a System Restore making it easy to go back if necessary.
