Is the boot screen visible or the same?
You may have a problem with the graphics driver if the boot screen is normal.
If the boot screen is the same, you may have a hardware problem.

the boot screen is normal, but after i update the graphics driver, this problem still happens. And my hard drive is a 500GB 5400rmp SATA, will this problem solved, when i change it to a SSD hard drive?

Besides, i have uploaded the "dm log collector.exe" file as attachment. Does this file help to see through the problem in my laptop?

Sorry, i didn't describe my problem very clear. The Problem is like this: when i see a video on google chrome or i do lots of things with my laptop (Word, PDF, at the same time browse web pages), the screen will be shattered and the go blue screen and restart.(but i don't have a blue screen photos by hand)

And i have also uploaded the "DM Log Collector" file as attachment, will this file help to see through the problem in my laptop?

That isn't really useful, more a (too) generic guide which in many cases might not even help at all given that peripheral devices are quite often causing BSODs. Changing all components & reinstalling Windows won't even help in such cases + is a waste of money & time.

@Jakob Van, if you would like to add memory it is best to change the memory to a kit instead of adding a random one.
Having mixed memory can cause many problems.

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from your manufacturer.
