BSOD: seems to be when copying files

hello.

For about half a year, every now and then I get the BSOD:

This BSOD seems to happen when lots of files are transferred from the computer to a hard drive, and recently happened when I plugged in my iphone to itunes.

Is this a serious problem?

Please update your ASMEDIA XHCI Host Controller Driver.

That should solve your problem. You can search for this driver in the manufacturers driver disc.
