I recently reformatted my HTPC and swapped some other parts into it from another PC I had. Since the reformat the machine will BSOD and reboot itself and hang at the BIOS spalsh screen. I have to pull the power before it will turn back on and POST properly.

Typically this only happens at night when it goes to sleep and I find the issue in the morning.

I've attached the required perfmon and dump files in my zip.

Thanks for the welcome.

I ran the tests and cleanups that you suggested and all of them passed without uncovering any disk issues.

I also ran the WD DLG utility both quick and extended with PASS results.

I've attached the results of all these in a zip.
