I have had my ASUS Vivotab smart for a few days and when I try to shut down my system or restart the computer, the screen hangs on the restart or shut down screen for 10 minutes or so and then crashes. I have tried to refresh my system and reinstall, but it has been unsuccessful because my system is not able to reboot properly. I have also used powercfg to try to figure out what drivers might be causing the system to hang. I have also tried to download the latest drivers from ASUS, but their liveupdate program does not work. Any assistance would be appreciated as I have been struggling with this for for the past three days.
