BSOD tcpipreg.sys+35a5 error

Hello, everytime I start my PC up I get this strange error, I am right now in the safe mode and I have no clue what to do.

I am getting this tcpipreg.sys+35a5 error and I don't know what's triggering this.

I hope you have a solution for me because this is driving me crazy!

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.
