Hi Guys,

I have a new Windows 7 PC. It keeps freezing and crashing.

Minidump is attached in zip file.

Please tell me what should i do to fix the issue. Have been searching for a resolution for hours. As you can see in the attached reliability screenshot it shows that my system is very unreliable at the moment.

Hi and welcome

this crash was probably caused by netr6164.sys which is part of your wifi driver.

I would download and install a fresh driver

I would also run a system file check
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

If you are over clocking Stop
If you have a raid update its driver.

Yep, it looks like memory is a part of the problem.
Start with Step 7 of this post to see if it's the sticks or the slots that are the issue: Memory Diagnostics
