Please help!!!

I have a new dell 1747 laptop that I have re-imaged twice and am still having crash problems. I have installed the most up to date drivers from both dell and the individual companies that make the components of my system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Adam

Although the most likely cause of this error is your Broadcom Widcomm Bluetooth USB Filter, I have to wonder if there's a hardware issue that's causing this, or, if there's a Windows issue causing this.

Please start by running SFC.EXE /SCANNOW from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt.

Then, try removing your Bluetooth drivers and then install the latest version available from the Dell website.

Also, try disabling your USB controllers (in the BIOS, if possible) and do not plug anything into the USB ports while testing.

Because of the past history that you describe, and the BSOD information, I suspect that these procedures won't fix the system. If it's still under warranty, I'd suggest that you return it to the service center for repair.
