BSOD upon startup, ntoskrnl.edu+71bda

Hello,

I have an HP ProBook 640 running Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit from an image from a college campus. This laptop is two (2) months old at maximum and is now experiencing BSOD upon startup, with "Driver Power State Failure" being listed as a possible source. Using BlueScreenViewer I was able to dig through three (3) memory dumps (which are attached) and found that ntoskrnl.exe and btsmhsf are the potential culprits.

The computer will seemingly turn off after a short while and not respond to any input (power button or otherwise). We were ready to ship the computer to HP for warranty work when the machine started to work again. Since turning the machine back on, we have updated the Bluetooth drivers associated with btsmhsf but we are at a loss for what might cause the btoskrnl.exe+741bda issues.

Any insight is greatly appreciated. If anything I mentioned needs clarification please don't hesitate to ask.

Please run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip, the current uploaded one misses several logs.
You could check if there are

1. 18 .txt,
2. 1 .nfo,
3. 1 or more .dmp,

files present, if this is the case then all logs are present
If there are a few missing, no problem as we can get them manually if required

All crashes look the same to me, 0x9F with a power transition timed out while waiting for synchronisation with PnP system.

Where did you get the drivers for the bluetooth? They don't look updated compared to what I find.
