Hello all

My computer just started getting the BSOD error. For the pst week my mouse and keyboard just froze but not the whole computer. the only thing I noticed before it restarted was "USB Driver"

My basic specs:
Current OS: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit (Retail)
RAM: 8 GB Ram
Original installed OS on the system? : Win 7 Home Premium (OEM)
What is the age of system (hardware)? About 7 months
What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?): About 7 months. I upgraded withing a week of buying the system.
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2390 CPU @ 2.70 2.70
HP wired keyboard and mouse connected via USB hub
7 TB or hard drive space. 1TB internal and the rest external drives.

Anything else you need to know?

No its randomly crashing:
1. Attached is the zipped BSOD Dump & System File Collection app out put called "Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2.zip"

2. When I try to run the System Health Report I get this error.
Error:
An error occured while attempting to generate the report.
The wait for the report generation tool to finish has timed out.

It does not appear you have your chipset drivers installed. This can cause problems with USB devices.

Was this a custom built computer or one you bought from a vendor (HP, Dell, etc.)?

Please fill in your system specs in your profile and not in a post in this thread. Use http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html to fill in your system specs. If your system was bought from a vendor, also include the vendor and the model of the system.

Once we know what system you have, we can find the appropriate chipset drivers. From the information provided, I know you have an HP desktop, but there are two with the model provided by the crash reports:
