Solved BSOD using google chrome and some steam games

I ran a clean install on Saturday and am still having BSOD problems, it also seems that some updates do not update properly.

When i am doing a clean install with 2 hard drives do i have to wipe both hard drives or just the one with windows installed on it?

Insanity is kicking in at this point, having paid good money for this computer and barely being able to use it. I am thinking of bringing it back to the retailer and having them fix it for me. I am not sure if they will but it might be worth a try.

Could the problem be with the disc i am installing windows with? If i use my old computers windows 7 disc (retail version) would that be better? I might need to go digging for it though.

Maybe i will send it to you! ;)

If you installed nothing not on the win 7 dvd, it is probably hardware related.

Just the OS partition

If it is under warranty bring it back

The clean install was a good idea. At least it gives us some direction.

I contacted the manufacturers of the computer and the person that replied recommended that i try updating the firmware of my SSD and run test/reseat my ram. These seem to be pretty possible especially after checking the corsair site and finding that it does have new firmware for my SSD. Could something like this be the cause of all my woes?

Absolutely. Its on of SSD's weak points. None of the crashes pointed to HD though.
