Windows 7 Professional x64

I was in Internet Explorer, had WMP, Google Chrome, MS Outlook, MS Lync, MS Sharepoint Workspace Explorer, Windows Explorer (a few), Skype all open and running at the same time when I crashed.
It should be noted that my G-Force video card has been crashing lately, and I've honestly neglected to look into it. I'm about to check that out as soon as I post this.

System rebooted in Safe Mode and virus scan done (Avast! Free, no threats found).

Done, done and done. I haven't seen the Driver Fusion program actually run as yet, though. Is that normal?
Everything is fine so far; 2 and a half hours in.

Yeah, I installed it but didn't actually run it at all. I opened it last night to see if it would do anything but nothing happened and I didn't do anything; just closed it.
So far everything seems to be fine.
