BSOD using the internet error 0x00000101

I keep getting "a clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor" for about a month now. It happens randomly but mostly when using the internet. But sometimes it just happens at complete random. Somebody please help, zip file attached.

Why does nobody ever help me on seven forums?? Ive posted like 3 times and nobody every single time. I am in need of serious help here
