Solved BSOD usually on startup IRQL not less or equal

Hey everyone. I have been getting BSOD's a lot lately on my laptop. The problem started occuring some months back but it was very sporadic. This month it seems to have picked up a lot. I am now getting BSOD's about 2 or 3 times a week. I have tinkered a bit trying to get a solution. I have pretty much ruled out that it's a ram issue. I tested the ram thoroughly using MemTest. Let it run for a while. Nothing came up. I also did the Windows test and nothing. I feel like I am starting to reach my limits in terms of my tech knowledge so that is why I am here hoping that you might be able to help me. I haven't really been able to decipher/pinpoint what the issue is from the crash dumps although it appears to be a driver issue. All of my drivers are up to date. An interesting bit is that the other day I ran one of the windows performance reports built into windows 7 and it said the following,

"High average interrupts / processor. This machine has 4 processors and 6 network cards. Total Interrupts/sec on the machine is 37422. The average interrupts per processor per sec is 9356."

Don't know if this helps. I have several of the dumps here on my comp if someone wants to analyze them. Anything, anyone can do to help would be much appreciated. Thank You.

Uninstall Norton:

• Norton Removal Tool

Replace with MSE:

Just to give update I uninstalled Norton. Downloaded MSE. Running MSE scan right now.

Doesn't harm if you do

Perform a System File Check:

• Click on the rb:
• Type CMD on Search
• Left click and Run as Administrator
• Type SFC /scannow
