BSoD When gaming or just general usage (web browsing, etc)

I have been getting blue screens either when gaming, or just web usage, video playback in MPC-HC (software rendering), pretty much any usage. A week or so ago I did do a memtest 86+ test overnight several passes and no errors. Just 20 minutes ago I had another crash this time playing War Thunder, however my computer "hard locked", just froze no BSOD had to force shutdown. I am honestly at a bit of a loss. The blue screen for Nntoskrnl.exe and win32k.sys was when I had my anti virus installed. I since then removed it to make sure it wasn't causing any issues (ESET Anti-virus).

Some other related history:
I a few weeks ago I reformatted my computer, did a complete reinstall, and only install basic drivers, (except for nVidia and NIC), everything else came through windows update. I reformatted because I was getting consistent blue screens, several times daily, those continued through my reinstall, which I found my bios v1.9 (which was the only this I had changed recently when the issues starting) was causing the problems (I think the BIOS issue was due to the fact I didn't upgrade the Intel management engine firmware), and I am currently using BIOS B which is stock 1.0, which seems to create less problems.

I am not sure if the latest nVidia driver is at fault or if something else is going on here.
Thanks for reading, I hope I can get this resolved. I had a thread about a year ago with other BSoD issues (was related to my AV)

EDIT: Not sure if all or any of the following is necessary

2x GTX 770 (Stock Clocks)
4x4GB Gskill 2133 (Stock Clocks (XMP Profile 2))

I really wish I could get some help with this its driving me up the wall, heres a summary of everything I have tried thus far.
tried various different versions of the Killer NIC software, (ones from the motherboard mfgr site are unstable in my rig)
Removed the Killer NIC software and drivers, disabled it in the BIOS
Installed a known good Intel CT2 Gigabit desktop adapter I have from work, now I am getting crashes related to the Intel NIC (used stock installed drivers and latest drivers from Intel no difference) It doesn't seem to matter what I am doing, I had one maybe 20 minutes ago, all I did was boot my computer, and RDP into my server, nothing else was running (minus a few background tasks, Steam, FDM, Display Fusion, and the GeForce Experience).
I have also updated the BIOS from 1.0 to 1.4 (MSI Z87-GD65)

Did a SFC /SCANNOW and there was nothing wrong with the integrity check.
Also tried with SLI off, I am running out of ideas!

Any assistance or pointers would be greatly appreciated, I am usually really good at solving this stuff but I am stumped.

I have attached the new .Zip file, it has the crash dumps from all the previous .Zips.

Sorry, sometimes threads get lost in the shuffle here,

I do see the Intel related crashes in the last two dumps,

Code:
BugCheck D1, {fffff5001b7c671c, 2, 0, fffff88003e2532e}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\e1q60x64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for e1q60x64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for e1q60x64.sys
Probably caused by : e1q60x64.sys ( e1q60x64+2532e )

Followup: MachineOwner

Both versions you tried,

Code:

I do see a newer one here though,

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Se...ductProduct=Intel®+Gigabit+CT+Desktop+Adapter

The other problems are your Nvidia drivers,

Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys

I can see it is the latest,

Code:
Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys
    Image name: nvlddmkm.sys

Try using a different version and doing a clean install of them,

I did just install the "new" intel drivers, but the CT2 adapter hasn't been updated since March 27th 2013 at 1:10:35pm, The installer package contains drivers for most if not all Intel NIC's which is why it is frequently updated.

My plan right now is to use my computer like normal, and see if I get a bluescreen what driver it is referring to. If it is my nVidia drivers I will follow your steps listed and install the last known working version I had and post the blue screen info here. I just want to be methodical about this and try to find the exact cause.

Should I clear out my old minidumps since they are already uploaded?

So I did get another BSoD this time with nVidia drivers. I just now followed the steps you posted for the nVidia drivers and will update with the results (may take a few hours to a day or so)

When I BSoD'ed this most recent time I was at the Windows desktop, with 1 or 2 explorer.exe windows open, Teamspeak, Steam, and Firefox running, (few other misc background programs)

This most recent attachment contains the most recent BSoD + all of the older ones, which may not be relevant at this point.

USBPORT.SYS
I have attached the .Zip

Wondering if my motherboard has lost it's mind.

This one doesn't like your C2T driver,

Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\e1q62x64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for e1q62x64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for e1q62x64.sys
 e1q62x64+0x20c99

Since you are quite familiar with that driver, try a different adapter.

The USBPORT.SYS crash is driver related but it's not giving any clues to which one, USBPORT.SYS is Microsoft driver so something else caused it to crash.

If we get the network driver fixed, and you continue to get crashes we can narrow it down using driver verifier if needed.
