When ever i try to go into the power savemode (standby) or sleep mode my screen just turns black and nothing happends for now. Then about after 15 minutes or so i suddenly get a BSOD.

I uploaded the Dumpfiles as an attachment to this post.

I hope you can help me, would be glad.

The problem seems to be caused by the NDIS module, holding a pending IRP for too long causing the system to time out.

Download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

  • Double click to open it.
  • Click this button only:

  • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.
Daemon Tools uses a driver called sptd.sys, which is known to cause BSODs with Windows 7. It is recommend you remove this program, and use Windows own in-built features or ImgBurn.

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Java
Start Menu\Programs\Java Development Kit
Do you absolutely require Java? Do you write any programs in Java? If so, ensure you have installed the latest version of the Java runtime on your system from here - Java SE - Downloads | Oracle Technology Network | Oracle

You'll want to install the JRE if you just run Java programs, and only install the JDK if your a developer.

This cannot be... i had this Laptop for 3 years now i had no problems with this until i formated and reinstalled
everything. Even Kaspersky ran without problem. Why should it cause a problem now? Same with daemon tools.

And so the main problems are just these Programms?

It has happened before, and at least remove the programs as a test. It won't take long to install them again if there isn't any difference.
