BSOD when I turn my computer off

Now, when I open the device manager I can see the driver. Should I uninstall it from here?

No mate not just yet the triangle usually means a driver fault I am back on line and will look for it as I have that PART NO now that might make it easier to track down.

Ok have tracked this down with the PART NO and I selected Greek for the language - you can change that to any you like but this is the latest driver.
Now it just goes to show how that number is so important when tracking Toshiba stuff

I’ve downloaded this driver before, (tv-tuner-20091113154821.zip, TC00197500B.exe), but when I try to install it, installation will not start.

Ok mate at what point does it baulk at installing? In the pic it shows it up to installing on my machine but obviously I don't need it so I cannot tell you what would happen probably some message telling me I have not got that tuner.

Golden mentioned in post #10 that if the installing the driver did not work then maybe that tuner is dead and will have to be replaced because even though dead the driver should insert into your system.

Now without going right back through the thread did I suggest doing these ?

They take only a short time to run and will eliminate anything in the OS causing your problems.
