BSOD when laptop returns into sleep mode, Bug Code 0x0000003b

Hello everyone!

I am pretty new here and I don't really know where to post this, please forgive me.

Recently, I've been having BSOD every time I put my laptop into sleep mod and turning it back on.
I've never had BSOD before except when I am playing CPU intensive games (really rare though.)
I got frustrated and I tried to catch the culprit, so I tried to uninstall my recently installed programs and I put the laptop into sleep mode and turn it back on, then another BSOD.
I've also tried to do a system restore, luckily the BSOD stopped when I put my laptop into sleep mode again for about 2 hours and just right now, I plugged in my ethernet cable and I received the exact BSOD message from the BSOD from sleep mode. It's been 15 hours since the problems persisted and it's making me crazy.
I think the cause of this is either my internet drivers or something.

Anyone please help me resolve this issue, I've been trying to fix this problem for nearly a whole day now... I haven't even slept because this is the first time I've had multiple BSOD and it's really bothering me...

UPDATE: Three hours of regular computer use after the last blue screen, it seems that the BSOD's have stopped. I still don't know what made me have BSOD multiple times for about 20 hours in the first place. Can someone tell me what happened and how to fix it so I could finally have a peace of mind?

I can't analyze the dumps right now but I'll get round to it later.
From what you've posted it looks network related.

Try updating your network driver, that should fix the problem.

I have updated my network drivers and on one of the fix notes, it states "Fixes an intermittent issue where the system displays a blue screen and Microsoft Windows error code 0x44 when the system is resumed from sleep mode." But it is for Realtek RTL8188CE 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter and my network drivers are Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller and Ralink RT5390 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter. Is this the right update for my network drivers?

Also, the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller release date is on 2011/06/30 but when I updated it and looked for the release date, it says 2011/06/10. Did the driver installed correctly?

P.S. I'm sorry, I'm not that tech savvy and this is the first major problem I've had on this computer...

I can't say in that familiar with Realtek network drivers? It's difficult for me to know without looking at the zip folder.
Try updating it via Device Manager if you are unsure.
I'll take a look later when I'm on my PC.

It feels like my system is more stable, also I've never had experienced another BSOD for about 10 hours now. I'm still quite unsure if the BSOD is totally fixed so I'll give it a few days to see if everything is working as intended.

Well, it looks like BSOD crashes are back again...

I was working on a document and suddenly my router got unplugged. I plug the router back in and when I went back to my computer, it crashed into a blue screen which says the same exact thing on the photo I attached to my post.
After I rebooted, I put my computer to sleep mode to test if it'll crash, and it did. Same info popped up on the blue screen.

Please, can someone help me resolve this issue ASAP? I know something is up on my network drivers or my router but I'm still not sure what's really causing it. I've already lost a significant amount of time working on an important document and now it went all down the drain because of this...

You need to update your network drivers.
Try updating it via device manager.

1. go to Start
2. type device manager
3. expand network adapters
4. right click on your network card
5. click on the drivers tab then click update driver

Alright, updated my network drivers and now I will test to see if everything is working as intended.
Will post back here if I get another BSOD.
