I've had a lot of bsod's in the past but this set has come at the same time that I'm having issues with powering my usb peripherals. I'm suspecting there might be a hardware issue I wouldn't be able to diagnose alone. Bsod's start 10-20 minutes into playing games or an hour or two into internet browsing. Any point in the right direction is appreciated.

Hiya and welcome to SevenForums!:orb:

NO, DON'T RUN IT! SEATOOLS IS ONLY FOR HDD'S!

Code:
BugCheck F4, {3, fffffa800bebfb30, fffffa800bebfe10, fffff80003bcd940}

Probably caused by : csrss.exe
Most of your bugchecks is 0xF4's. This could mean that there's a virus, a failing harddrive, failing RAM stick/s. Run the CD that came with your SSD. Also run MemTest86+ for 8 passes. It must be MemTest86+. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html Scan your computer for viruses using Malwarebytes. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/338716-malwarebytes-anti-malware-free.html

I ran it for a single pass with 0 errors. I stopped it because I had something I needed to do and a single pass took over an hour. If its crucial I run it more I will let it go overnight.

It is crucial, it will see if the DIMM or the RAM is failing.

Well I've got a new symptom now and its happening every 20 minutes at most making my computer unusable. Basically all my processes stop working one after the other, starting with skype, then chrome, then windows explorer and eventually it just shuts down. This takes 5+ minutes and all I can do is move the mouse around while it happens.

Completed 8 passes with no errors apart from the fact that test #8, moving inversion 32 bit, would complete slowly and hang up the program. The pass bar would continue to slowly fill and everything would stay at 100% until I skipped the current test. Had to do this for all 8 passes, not sure if it's relevant to anything. I've also cloned my ssd to a hdd and have been booting from it but still have all the same issues.

So as usual my computer is back in it's sorry state again after a few days. Malwarebytes scan showed up clean and now to the expanded list of issues:

Skype wouldn't run, citing a wrong windows version (64 or 32 bit) as the problem. Skype would not uninstall by itself, had to run ms fix it to fix the registry allowing me to reinstall skype.

A portable hard drive that I had no problems using before my computer started suffering now tells me it needs to be reformatted before use. This could just be an extension of my usb power issue.
