BSOD When playing graphically intensive games, error 0x0000004e

I have tried literally everything and have finally decided to appeal to the forums, I have tried back dating drivers, reinstalling windows after wiping my hard drive. I have just been receiving BSOD's through gaming (games like Far Cry 3, Watch Dogs, CSGO), which is usually called PFN_LIST_CORRUPT. File is attached below from DM log collector, thanks.

Looks like your PC either is overheating or your PSU is not powerful enought to run your graphics card. Can you post your PSU specs?

Depends on your cpu, and gpu. I recommend eXtreme Power Supply Calculator. This will tell you your power requirements based on your hardware. I put the link below.

I calculated the amount of wattage i need and it came to 473w, and the website does suggest i get a 750w psu so it probably has to do with my psu being underpowered. i also decided to place a fan in front of the north bridge on mb which as you said a component may be overheating, and at the moment im not getting any bsod's but i will definetly considered getting a new psu, will damage any components if i run my current psu for a while?

The PSU only outputs what the computer needs.

The PSU only outputs the power your computer draws. Having a PSU with more power gives you the ability to upgrade components in the long run. In other words, your computer should be fine.

Been getting more bsod's

Been getting the same bsod as before the 0x0000004e when playing watchdogs but more recently have been recieveing a new one called BAD_POOL_CALLER. I don't know what this means, so i ran another dm log collector and could you analyse them please. Thank you.
