The store send me a new RAM kit, they say the Crucial RAM kit isn't compatible.
I tried it, give me the same problem as before.
After to much email messages send I finally get a new motherboard: Asus Z97 Pro Gamer.
And guess: problem solved, with both RAM kit's and the other parts (GPU/CPU/SSD/PSU).
Even both RAM kit's installed work without any problem or BSOD.
