BSOD When Resuming Hibernation

Hi.
I Have a problem with my pc, when I return from hibernation, it gives me an Weird BSOD after 5-6 seconds.

I read mini dump file (using blue screen view) it says: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

Help!

Now it's normal.

I searched about this and I saw that: (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/137539)
0x00000008 Means Double Fault
and Double Fault is "...problems are usually related to CPU, RAM, or bus..."
I think it's the RAM, it's dying
