tried sending u dump file but changed the extension to txt...so it would go through

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

Some of yourUSB device/driver is causing the issue, but the exact one is not pointed out in the crash dump. Let us check the possibilities there?

Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

• Download and execute Driverview
• View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
• Edit > Select all
• File > Save Selected Items
• In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
• Zip the .txt file and upload it.

Here you go =) FYI it has not BSOD since but I am pretty sure it's a matter of time. Appreciate the easy instructions as well!

Oh one more thing! I was having trouble before and it was razmpk,or something named almost like that, dealing with my razer mouse but I thought it was just that I did not have enough power(before i found out about the razer). So I sent for a usb hub and it was ok for a while but maybe something affected this. I don't know but figured I would let you know if it helps at all.

I see two suspect devices there, Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 and Elgato Game Capture HD60. The Elgato one is having a nwe driver, but the driver to the Logitech one is too old.

There is an update to it (though the update is also of an old date). HD Pro Webcam C920 - Logitech Support
