BSOD when tabbing in to games

hello for the last few days ive been getting a bsod when tabbing into to games and sometimes from just general use. i have no idea what is causing this

1, Install Windows 7 Sp1
2, Uninstall or upgrade Tunngle, it uses an old driver:
