BSOD When Trying to install OS

I m getting a BSOD error when i am trying to install any operating system win 7 or win 8
the error comes after the booting the os


Its a brand new HP laptop less than a week old bought it as DOS
4GB RAM
500GB HDD
I3 4th Gen
Nvidia GEFORCE 820M 2GB
I used boot-able Pendrive to install
I tried resetting the bios,tried all i could

If the stop 0x34 occurs during installing OS (that means before installing device drivers and starting desktop indexing), the probable source of the issue is RAM, mostly.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.

How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+

Run memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Let us know the result. Best, take a camera snap of the memtest86+ screen before exiting the program and upload it here.

thank you for reply i tried it out
but no chance i had 9 consecutive passes without any error

Then there is not enough reason for such a BSOD during windows installation.

As the computer is brand new, it will be the bet option for you to contract the vendor.

and i did take it to the authorized service center they told it may be due to bios failed and need to be updated and to confirm they told they will do a diagnose and contact me next day
