Solved BSOD when watching video online

Without seeing the crash dumps, it is difficult to infer about the cause of a stop 0xF4 (even seeing the dump, too).

Most of times it is caused by Disc errors. So you may do something more here:

1. Reseat the sata and power.
2. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
3. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
   Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.
4. If you are using a SSD, update the firmware.

What exactly do you mean with "Reseat the sata and power."

Ok, i have done 2 and 4. I still have to wait for your answer about what you exactly mean with number 1. Also i take it that 3 is only if you have a HDD, because my windows is running on a SSD. The rest of my files are stored on HDD but i haven't used those during the BSOD. I have only been using Windows and Firefox and both are installed on the SDD.

Reseat sata and power means, unplug the cables, clean those, and plug those back.

It seem that doing a chkdsk and updating the firmware of my SSD have solved the problem. It has been 3 hours since i did those things and i haven't had a BSOD yet. I am going to keep the computer on all day and do a full virus scan to make sure it has been solved.

Ok, i haven't had any problem any more so doing a diskcheck or updating my firmware has solved my problem. I cant be sure which one fixed it but it was probably the diskcheck if i had to guess.
