BSOD while idling on clean install

I was having BSOD for a while randomly and I was in need of a new HD anyways. Purchased a HD and did a clean install, all updates, updated drivers. I ran memtest and found one stick failing. Now I have had 3 more BSOD in 4 days while idling. Before I had them at idle and using it. I have no idea how to read these dumps. I just see WIN7_DRIVER_FAULT on all of them and 3 different processes involved.

Would someone be so kind as too look at these 3 dumps I attached and point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance

Sorry, instructions now followed and uploaded

There seems to quite a few disk I/O related calls within the call stack, this further suggests that AVG may be causing problems, since AV programs perform constantly filtering of disk I/O.

Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\AVG
AVG is known to cause BSODs, please remove the program completely with the AVG Removal Tool, and then install and run full scans with these free and proven alternatives, which work best with the operating system due to their compatibility and lightweight nature on system resources.

Install and perform full scans with:
   Information
Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system

Thank you, I never would have suspected AVG. Though it has only been a few mins since it is gone and no BSOD yet. I have noticed speed increased and one particular page I load very often each day no longer hangs at the 70% to 90% mark like it has been doing since this fresh W7 install.

I have yet to get it to act up at all. Though it did BSOD on a reboot after using AVG uninstaller, but that was the coretemp file. This coretemp file has done this a few times and only on startup. I have disabled it on startup and will see if it continues to be a problem. One thing that is strange, is that my windows media player wont play videos again. It did this before the clean install right after it started to act up.

The scan found no integrity violations.

I got another video player working, I just thought this might have been linked to a problem

Usual causes: Device driver, kernel, hardware

This bugcheck indicates that a device driver has lowered the reference count for a device object too many times, by making extra routine calls which lower the reference count for the object. The reference count I believe is the amount of handles still open which refer to that object.

Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours:

I think it's drivers, and will forward for an update :)

No BSOD so far. I questioned if it was even running, so I went back in and looked.
5 drivers show "Never Loaded" status.
alsysio64.sys .... part of core temp that is not running
dump_diskdump.sys .... no info
hxctlflt.sys .... web cam driver
sncduvc.sys .... web cam driver
snp2uvc.sys .... web cam driver

Now I had problems in the past with my web cam. In Yahoo Messenger it caused BSOD on connection to a video call.
Eventually realized it was my cam and no driver update would stop this, I just used Skype instead and had no problems since.
With this fresh install of W7, I never installed the cam drivers and it has worked fine for Skype. Also, every BSOD I have had since about Feb, the cam was not in use. Around that time is when I stopped using Yahoo.

It just showed they weren't loaded for verification since you probably disabled the device or those drivers are meant for the webcam, but Windows couldn't find any on your system.

Driver Verifier running in the background, you can open a elevated command prompt, and then type:

Code:
verifier /query

To check if Driver Verifier is running or not.

I just clicked on core temp because it wasnt running. I got the sideways pixelated crash the shows for an instant before BSOD and it got stuck there. Now it wont boot into normal mode.

Updated: Booted safe mode and then restarted like normal

To be honest, I don't know why that happened, and hopefully you'll get a BSOD from Driver Verifier.
