Uncorrectable Hardware error when play game mostly happen on Dota 2

Greetings honorable seven forum staff crew and it's friendly member.

I'm having this problem since 1 year ago.
It says Uncorrectable Hardware error it happen almost every time i play Dota 2 each round there's 80% it will happen, it happen in other game too but rarely it's like 5% chance if i play Dragon Age Origins, World of Warcraft, and recently it happen once when i play Starcraft 2. It almost guarantee happen in every Dota 2 match i play. It's getting very annoying because you only have 5 minute to reconnect if not i get penalty because most people don't wanna pause and wait. It doesn't happen at all with Hitman Absolution, Resident evil 5, Call of Duty World at War and all many other games i have, I can play just fine with no lag even my though my PC is very old.

What i already did to try to fix this:
Check memory using memory diagnostic tool from windows
Check 4 of my hard drive for error and bad sector and the result says no problem at all.

I follow your instruction on how to post BSOD in this forum
For some reason i can't upload the recently just happen dump and xml file it says "You don't have permission to open this file".

Edit : It just happen again when i play World of Warcraft, i already include the minidump file. I just used software called bluescreenview-x64, i don't know if it help but i'm taking screenshot of its report and upload it here, there are 2 red column hal.dll+12a3b and ntoskrnl.exe+18e1a3. Why it's only happen while i play game. Need your help at once ...

0x124's are typically related to a hardware issue and can only be isolated by stress testing the major components.

If overclocking, reset all overclocks back to their default settings and then follow these:

RAM - run for a minimum of 8 consecutive passes

I reset the overclock setting back to their original/default configuration and so far i play 6 match of Dota 2 without BSOD at all.
I think that's the problem. Thanks for the help master Golden.
