First off new to the forums and thank you in advance for any assistant that can be offered.
This problem started about 3/16/2013 then suddenly began having 5 BSOD over the next 2 months. Today a friend suggested that I use Windbg and analyze the mini dump file which I did and led me to an nvlddmkm.sys problem.

I get the nvidia driver stopped responding error while playing Portal 2, Left for Dead 2, Skyrim and has also happened while watching netflix. The GPU under 90% load stays at 60c, I have run memtest with no errors. The power supply is a Thermaltake 600W with 32a on 12v1 and 24amps on 12v2.

Attached the SF diagnostic folder with this thread.

Any questions please ask I will be checking this thread daily.

According to your most recent dump file dated 051513, there appears to be a problem with bugcheck 0xC4, sidebar.exe and nvlddmkm.sys.

Bug Check 0xC4: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (Windows Debuggers)

Code:
*******************************************************************************
*                                                                             *

*                                                                             *
*******************************************************************************

DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (c4)
A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. This is
because the driver was specified in the registry as being suspect (by the
administrator) and the kernel has enabled substantial checking of this driver.
If the driver attempts to corrupt the system, bugchecks 0xC4, 0xC1 and 0xA will
be among the most commonly seen crashes.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000091, A driver switched stacks using a method that is not supported by
	the operating system. The only supported way to extend a kernel
	mode stack is by using KeExpandKernelStackAndCallout.

Last July there was a security advisory issued about vulnerabilities that involve the execution of arbitrary code by the Windows Sidebar when running insecure Gadgets.

Microsoft Security Advisory (2719662): Vulnerabilities in Gadgets Could Allow Remote Code Execution

I'd start with the basics and run a full scan with your installed anti-virus suite. Since not anti-malware product is 100% effective 100% of the time (if there was such a thing we'd all be using it) I'd also run another scan using free Malwarebytes.

You could also try running a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If problems are found, run the scan 3 times and immediately reboot your computer after each scan.

As to the Nvidia driver, sometimes the latest and greatest isn't always the best. Try using an earlier version to see if that might make a difference.

Thank you for the quickness in your looking at my SF files. As for the bug check I am looking into that. SFC does say I have same files that is has resolved and am running it the second time now. As for the nvidia drivers I will try manually installing an earlier version prior to 314.07

Sounds like a plan. :) If the BSODs continue please provide an updated dump file which will show if anything else has become damaged or corrupt. Unfortunately, I'm at work right now on an XP computer and I don't have access to any dump file analysis tools. I won't be home until about 9a.m CDT.
