BSOD while playing battlefield 3. DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

Hi everyone, I was playing my brand new comp and all of the sudden blue screen. Please help me. According to blue screen viewer it said is caused by dxgmms1.sys. My computer meets the system requirements to play the game. I am running on i7 2600k,8gb ram and HD5870 and my os is windows 7 64-bit home premium.

Any help will be greatly appreciated as this system still is under warranty. Thanks.
