I recently did a fresh install of windows on my computer. never before have i had BSOD appear. Now my computer keeps crashing. I mostly use my computer for gaming, which is when the crashes happen but whenever i do other things, the computer crashes too. I have attached the file according to the instructions for this thread. Could someone please tell me what is wrong with my computer?

Hi NurseLeo,

Welcome to the 7forums :)

The crashes look similar to many others that are caused by a driver conflict between Malwarebytes & BitDefender, a work-around until this is fixed is shown below.
Please note, there is no solution for this problem that does not require a removal or disabling of a function in either of the protection software.

Please follow this suggestion
  1. Please open BitDefender and go to the modules,
  2. Go to the firewall settings,
  3. Uncheck 'Block port scans in the network',
  4. Reboot your system <-- IMPORTANT

Hi axe0,

Thanks for the response and the warm welcome :)
Alright, I make the changes. I will update everyone after a few days of use, which will be sometime next week.

Cheers,
Leo
