So long story short my parents computer has been blue screening on them for the past month or so. As for what is going on when it happens... Nothing at all, the computer is sitting idle (usually in the middle of the night or early morning). After looking through event viewer, and running a few test; I have cleaned up the following to my ability. 1. All malware/virus have been removed. 2. All drivers and hidden drivers have been updated (using automatic searching). 3. I have turned off all sleep/hibernate modes (as it seems to only happen at those times). and 4. Uninstalled all unused software from their computer. At this point all I can find is a bug report happens and the computer blue screens, have tried to get a reader to open these dump files and review them but honestly it is above my knowledge (network guy) and above my patients at the moment (since its not my computer lol). Can someone please help me or even give me some advise on what to do next? I have uploaded the most recent .dmp file, and if you need more I can supply them. Thank you very much a head of time.

(edit)
Thank you for this information as it is my first time posting. I have uploaded the corrected zip file with all the information you requested. Thank you again.

You will have to excuse me as I was just following the instructions given to me. Said to not duplicate my post, and to edit/update or reply to my original post. So what am I to do? Post again? would this not violate rules? I really just needed some help, all though I have been two days BSOD free and errors/warnings are 0 in the past 24 hours. May have it figured out already but you all know more than me, just wanted some feed back. Thank you again.

Don't worry about it, I think that can be confusing, the part you are referring to would apply more if you didn't have to be shown those instructions.

Being that you did, it would make more sense to let someone know that you followed the instructions with the new info.

I think it would just add confusion if that was added to the instructions.

Please cleanup the %systemroot%\minidump directory and delete all dumps from 2015 and the first month of 2016, then please run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip in your next reply.
