Solved BSOD Win32k 0x3b

Hello there sevenforums experts.
I have recently build my custom PC and stuff hasnt been doing great lately
i keep getting BSOD multiple times for the last 1 week, one day it can occur more than 5x.
it resulted in my 1TB Western Digital Harddisc to be corrupted and unusable
my Specs are

Motherboard : Gigabyte z97Gaming3
CPU : Intel i5 4440
GPU : Asus GTX 750Ti
Ram : Kingston Hyperx Fury 8Gb

i Started collecting the minidumps and there are 5 in the .zip
Mostly are 0x3b and something like win32k.sys and ntoskrnl
i cant find the solution to the problem and i Really do hope that someone , or anyone can help me with this problem.

Merepoix, welcome to Seven Forums. I will attempt to assist you. If you would, please look at the bottom left of your last post and click where it says My System Specs and continue to fill them out as completely as possible. Many times we have to look up a component and need the info in there in order to do that. I would appreciate it. Please also add your PSY make and model as well as your CPU Cooler, and any other thing you have attached to your computer other than a mouse or keyboard.

Also please tell us when you built the computer and when this problem began. Was it as soon as you built it, or did you add a piece of hardware or software immediately before the problem started. Is there any particular piece of software or activity you do that will cause it to BSOD? These things will help us to help you.

Please open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

If you have any of the Gigabyte software utilities installed please uninstall them. Also if you are overclocking anything, please set everything back to default values.

Most of the error codes I saw in the dump files involved the Nvidia Display Driver.

Please go to http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/602-latest-nvidia-forceware-video-drivers-windows-7-a.html and download the latest WHQL driver for your card then reinstall it like this

Thank you for taking a time to help me essenbe.
my PSU is Cooler Master RS 550 PCAR N1
and CPU fan is Intel 397378 - 001, The problem has been occurring since the first time I boot up the computer.
about any software in particular that causes bsod I am not really sure. because sometimes it can happen randomly even when im typing this. I just did Sfc /scannow and it resulted in "Windows Resouce Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them"
I checked the dumpfile and i cant find 2 other solution to the problem (win32k (0x3b) and other ntoskrnl,
i Did a clean install on Nvidia Graphics driver using your tutorial Yesterday, now i only have Graphics Driver and Physx
There are no BSOD Until now Yet. (since the Clean Install)

Try running sfc /scannow again. If it finds corrupt files, reboot and run it again. Sometimes it takes running it 3 times with reboots in between to fix them all. We need to wait for another BSOD to get another Dump File.
