I get a BSOD whenever I attempt to run Windows Update.
I have attached the DM Log Collector file.

If a run Windows Update Troubleshooter I get "Windows update error 0x80070003 not fixed".

I have run BlueScreenView which states:
Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area
Bug Check Code 0x00000050
Caused by Driver/Address ntoskrnl.exe+748c0

I have run Memtest86 overnight and chkdsk - no errors showing.

This has been happening for about a week but only when I run Windows Updates. When I recover using a backup System Image there are no further crashes. In the interim I have switched off automatic Windows Updates.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.

Thanks for your response.

I ran sfc/scannow. It stated that "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of these". I believe/hope the log file is attached.

chkdsk/r output was "The volume is clean".

I ran Windows Update again and immediately had another BSOD.

My boot drives (RAID 0) are SSDs.
Did I understand you correctly? I should not run Seatools?

One of the two are failing. Do you still have the CD:s that came with the SSD?

I have found the CD.
These are Samsung drives.
There are 2 Samsung utilities on the CD (other than installation) being "Magician" and "Data Migration".

I ran the Magician software.
It states "Magician is unable to find a Samsung SSD connected to your system...."
It does however id the drive in the Drive Info tab as - Intel Raid 0 Volume SCSI Disk Drive.
I assume I am going to continue to have a problem because of the Raid array?

Other than a Performance Benchmark test which shows Sequential and Random read and write results all other options are inaccessible (grey).
Drive Health Status states "N/A" presumably as it says it is unable to find a Samsung SSD connected to the system.

Huh, can you try to split the RAID? So they are 2 different drives?

I don't know how.
If I switch of RAID in the BIOS I assume I will not be able to boot into Windows and run Magician.
Any suggestions?
I assume it was the sfc/scannow results which indicate that one of the drives is failing?

Yea. I would try to plug one of the drives and see if it BSODs.

The boot failed.
Message states "The boot selection failed because a required drive is inaccessible".
As this is a RAID0 presumably it needs both drives to boot.

Your best bet is to split the RAID and run Magician on each drive.

I dual booted, split the Raid, and ran Magician on each drive.
Magician states the health of each drive is "Good".
