Solved BSOD: Windows7 Ultimate x64

Hello to everyone.

Recently I got my new laptop and it was free os. So, like a normal person I've installed windows all by myself (not for the first time ofcourse). I have a problem with installed windows and I don't know what's the problem. Trying to solve this problem for like 3rd day already and no success. So.. where did I stop? I've installed windows successfully, but when I try to open something, it freezes for a little(I can only use mouse) and then just blue screen of death hops in. It's just windows, no drivers installed, well... I can't even install drivers, because when I'm starting to do that BSOD shows up again. Even in safemode this problem appears, I'm just opening something and pc goes down. Diagnostics: braensan.rar

Dump files are corrupted.

Please make sure you are following the instructions carefully.

And we need all the files, not just the dump files.

I don't think that I'll be able to use that diagnostic tool then, when it finishes collecting the data, BSOD appears... It's just, everything that I'm trying to open makes BSOD to appear. I can just copy those dump files from the folder without the tool. Minidump: minidumps.rar

Well... I found out that it was crashing because of ntoskrnl.exe+446b8f ... But still I don't know how to fix this .

Sorry for the late response.

Braen, one of your dump is corrupted so I cannot say whats wrong.

What I can recommend from seeing one of your dump I would suggest to check your hard drive for errors following this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html then Hard drive scan usings SeaTools - SeaTools for Windows | Seagate - Both long and short tests

Thanks for response. Right now I'm checking my disk for bad sectors aaandd it found many bad clusters... :[ Is it my hard drive fault? Should it be replaced or what?

YES if it found bad sectors! Since this is a new laptop and you should be under warranty, just take it to the shop you purchased it from and tell them to replace the hard drive.
